What’s included
On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks
Once you reach 37 weeks pregnant I will be on call for you 24/7. I will always be available day or night. So when you go into labor I will be ready to come join you whenever you want.
2 Prenatal Visits
We will set up two prenatal visits. This time is completely up to you how we spend it. We can create a birth guide, practice breathing techniques and positions for labor, discuss and dispel any fears you might be having, or I can accompany you to a doctors appointment.
Continuous Labor Support
I will join you when you are in labor whenever you feel you need the support. We will make a plan beforehand to meet either at your home, or at the hospital/birth center. I will stay until your baby is born.
2 Hours of Postpartum
I will stay with you and your partner for two hours after your baby has been born. I can help initiate breastfeeding during this time as well as give you space during your golden hour if requested.
Who is this plan for?
This plan is for a pregnant person and their partner who is looking for support during labor, and also some prenatal support before the birth and minimal support after the birth.
