What’s included
On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks
Once you reach 37 weeks pregnant I will be on call for you 24/7. I will always be available day or night. So when you go into labor I will ready to come join you whenever you want.
3 Prenatal Visits
We will set up three prenatal visits. This time is completely up to you how we spend it. We can create a birth belly guide, practice breathing techniques which can be useful in the O.R., discuss and dispel any fears you might be having, or I can accompany you to a doctors appointment.
Continuous Birth Support
We will make a plan for where you want to meet. It could be at your house and we could all go to the hospital together or we can meet at the hospital. If you have a partner with you we can make a plan that if your baby needs to be taken to the NICU, your partner can go with the baby and I can hop in the OR to stay with you.
12 Hours of Postpartum Care:
This is time for rest, recovery, and getting to know your newborn.
Daily Pamper Session
My daily pamper session includes a neck, hand, shoulder massage, aromatherapy, and a sitz bath. This is your time to relax completely and let me take care of you. (I bring the supplies)
My Postpartum care includes a daily pamper session, Newborn Care and Meal Planning/Preparation.
Newborn Care
I will be there to take care of your little one so you can take a nap, or get in the shower, or just take a little time for yourself. You have been through so much. You deserve a break.
Meal Plans and Preparation
We will create a meal plan that will nourish your body during your postpartum period and also works for the rest of your family. It is super important to be eating enough, and of the right things during this time. But it can be a huge challenge to do so with so many mouths to feed. I am here to help make sure you are taken care.
Who is this plan for?
This plan is for a pregnant person and their partner who knows they are having a planned Cesarean Section, and also wants some help during the postpartum period.
